About the Role

Join UR Thompson Health as a Physical Therapist, Victor Rehab in United States. This is a full time general Physical Therapist position with focus on Sports/Ortho patients.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat in outpatient setting.

Documentation in accordance with state, federal, JCAHO and insurance guidelines as a per diem

Provide skilled outpatient Physical Therapy for Sports and Orthopedic conditions including evaluation, developing and implementing treatment programs.

Requirements

Valid NYS licensure to practice Physical Therapy

Degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE approved program, DPT preferred

Prior experience in outpatient care setting preferred

Orthopedic experience preferred
