Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist evaluates patients and develops treatment plans for those with critical and complex medical conditions. They are also responsible for performing endotracheal tube procedures and providing counseling to patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an active CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC and current state licensure. Additionally, the role requires Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
