Join Quad as a Dental Hygienist – 4x10 Schedule, Sign-On Bonus in Lomira, WI, US. QuadMed is seeking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team in Lomira, WI. This position will work 4 10-hour shifts: Monday through Thursdays 6:40am-5:10pm.
