We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a SUDP/SUDPT at our Sumner, WA location. Full Time | Sunday - Thursday | 8:30AM to 5PM |** SALARY: $25.00 - $27.00 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
- Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting.
- Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client’s continuum of care.
- Facilitate case-load groups as needed
- Clinical Documentation within EMR QUALIFICATIONS
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
