Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while conducting functional behavior assessments to guide client goals. Supervise therapy staff and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure consistent care and progress monitoring.
Requirements
Requires an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field. Candidates must have experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and proficiency in standard behavioral assessments.
