Join Fairview Health Services as a Casual Outpatient Physical Therapist – Flexible Shifts in Linwood Township, Minnesota, United States. Job Overview We are seeking a casual physical therapist to support our outpatient teams at Fairview Lakes Hospital in Wyoming, Fairview Clinic in Chisago and Fairview Clinic in North Branch! The casual PT will treat outpatient general practice PT, ortho and neuro patients.

Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist is responsible for performing patient examinations, evaluations, and diagnoses to develop individualized treatment plans. They collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to implement care, monitor progress, and establish discharge plans.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in Minnesota and possess Basic Life Support certification. A Doctorate of Physical Therapy and one year of experience are preferred.
