The Pharmacist in Charge will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate dispensing, and patient safety. They will also collaborate with clinic staff to optimize specialty medication outcomes and manage inventory and staff training.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and possess an active, unrestricted pharmacist license eligible for PIC status in Texas. Leadership experience in a pharmacy setting is required, with preference given to those with prior PIC experience and knowledge of specialty pharmacy workflows.
