The Substance Abuse Counselor provides intake, assessment, and counseling services to clients within the FACT program's addiction services. They are responsible for creating treatment and after-care plans while maintaining clinical records and collaborating with multidisciplinary medical staff.
Candidates should ideally hold a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification and a high school diploma. Must be able to obtain CPR certification, pass a background investigation, and possess a valid state driver's license.
