Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans to improve physical function. They must also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and possess a current, valid state PT license. A current CPR certification is also preferred for this role.
