TeamHealth invites you to join our emergency medicine team at Memorial Hospital Belleville in Belleville, Illinois! - 37-bed emergency department

Position Details
- Board-certified/eligible EM physicians
- Family medicine physicians with ED experience
- 34 hours of daily physician coverage
- 8 - 12-hour shifts
- Daily APC support and strong specialty back-up
- 1099 independent contractor status

In addition to being licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health, Memorial Hospital Belleville is well-recognized for its excellence in care.
The facility has been named a Regional Hospital Coordinating Center (RHCC) by the IDPH, is Magnet recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and an IDPH designated Stroke-Ready Hospital.
Memorial Hospital Belleville is also an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI by the Society for Chest Pain Centers. There are more than 400 medical staff members representing 42 specialties.

Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency medical care to patients within the 37-bed emergency department at Memorial Hospital Belleville. Collaborate with a team of physicians and APC support to ensure high-quality, patient-centered clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physicians or family medicine physicians with ED experience. The role requires the ability to work 8-12 hour shifts as part of a 34-hour daily physician coverage schedule.
