Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to a caseload of residents to help them regain mobility and independence. Lead the delivery of therapy services in accordance with facility policies and government regulations.
Requires a valid Physical Therapist license and BLS certification from the AHA. At least one year of experience is required, with a preference for recent experience in Long Term Care or Rehab settings.
