Key Responsibilities
The therapist is responsible for performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments and maintaining up-to-date treatment plans for clients. They must also provide scheduled patient visits and collaborate effectively with case management and psychiatric teams.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with one year of experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling. A valid driver's license, car insurance, and the ability to travel within the service area are required.
