The primary purpose of this position is to evaluate residents through comprehensive, individualized, and discipline-specific assessments utilizing the four core expressive modalities: movement, drama, visual arts, and music. This role involves developing and implementing therapeutic programs and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet residents' needs, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Candidates must meet minimum education and experience requirements, which include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant creative/expressive arts area, potentially with specific coursework or internship requirements in music therapy or equivalent experience. Preferred skills include demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic creative/expressive arts principles and experience designing and evaluating related programs.
