Technology Assisted Counselor

Join Management and Training as a Technology Assisted Counselor – Telehealth in Henderson, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Counseling: Deliver individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT,.

• DBT, and motivational interviewing.

• Technology Utilization: Ensuring that sessions are delivered smoothly and securely. Adapt treatment approaches to the virtual environment while maintaining engagement and effectiveness.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. Document all interactions with progress notes.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must be a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in Texas.

• Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED required.

• State Health Services (DSHS), or current valid licensure as a Certified Criminal.

• Justice Professional (CCJP) by the Texas Certification Board of Addition.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $24/hr.
