Job Details: Job Location: 2101 ARC DRIVE - ST AUGUSTINE, FL, Salary Range: $33.00 - $38.50Hourly, Part-Time BCaBA / BCBA Afterschool ABA Program | St. Augustine, FL The Arc of the St. Johns is seeking a Part-Time BCaBA or BCBA to support our growing afterschool ABA program serving children and youth.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM Approximately 17 to 20 hours per week Pay: BCaBA: $33.00 per hour BCBA: $38.50 per hour The Behavior Analyst will provide clinical support and oversight of ABA services, develop and monitor individualized treatment programs, review data and progress, provide staff training and coaching, and work closely with RBTs during clinic hours.
The position is designed for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the clinical environment and providing practical, real-time support to direct-care staff.
Responsibilities Include
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior-analytic treatment programs Review data and make clinically appropriate program changes Provide direct supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs Conduct assessments and treatment-plan updates as appropriate to credential Coordinate with families and other members of the treatment team Promote functional communication, independence, social skills, and daily living skills Maintain required clinical documentation and authorization requirements This is a consistent part-time opportunity with a small clinical team, stable afternoon hours, and the ability to work directly with children and RBTs without extensive travel. Location: The Arc of the St. Johns, Inc. 205 Murillo Avenue St. Augustine, FL 32084 Qualifications: Qualifications: Current BCaBA or BCBA certification Florida Medicaid credentialing or ability to become credentialed Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and staff-coaching skills
Key Responsibilities
The Behavior Analyst provides clinical oversight for an afterschool ABA program, including developing treatment plans and monitoring progress. They also provide direct supervision, training, and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) during clinic hours.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCaBA or BCBA certification and have experience working with children with developmental disabilities. The ability to obtain Florida Medicaid credentialing is also required.
