About the Role

Join Dialysis Care Center as a Dietitian – Dialysis Care in United States. The Dietitian provides nutritional services to patients in order to maximize the patients’ well-being and improve outcomes. Works as part of an Inter-Disciplinary Team to maximize patient care and support the company to meet the goals of the QAPI activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor subjective and objective data to determine the need for timely intervention and follow

• Review patient lab work and make individualized recommendations/adjustments to diet and bone medications.

• Recommend therapeutic diets in consideration of cultural preferences and changes in treatment based on the patient’s nutritional needs in consultation with the patient’s physician.

• Counsel a patient, patient’s family, and a patient’s significant other on prescribed diets and monitoring adherence and response to diet therapy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration

• Current State Licensure required

• Dietitian experience in the Dialysis field is preferred EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
