Key Responsibilities
Provide quality speech and language therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations, including swallowing evaluations and cognitive treatment. Document patient assessments and treatment plans in electronic health records while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid, unrestricted license from the Arizona Department of Health or another US state. Must have at least 2 years of experience, including pediatric and adult clinical practice, and maintain ASHA certification and BLS certification.
