  • What You’ll Do
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e. g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Other typical BCBA activities
  • Master’s degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, and assess clients’ needs for behavioral intervention. Oversee RBTs and caregivers implementing programs and provide weekly supervision to individuals pursuing BCBA certification.

Requirements

A master’s degree and active BCBA certification are required; candidates must begin the state licensure process before starting if licensure is required. Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and the ability to pass background, drug, and driving-record screenings.
