Family Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will work within a collaborative team to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting. Responsibilities include managing a broad scope of patients and performing in-office procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies and possess 3-5 years of clinical practice experience. Current Illinois licensure as an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant is required.
