Key Responsibilities
The therapist performs psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides crisis interventions for patients in a behavioral health setting. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, facilitate discharges, and provide necessary referrals to community resources.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work or a related field and possess current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or Psychologist. Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks such as patient ambulation and equipment handling are required.
