John H. Shelton, DMD, PC has served the Metropolis community for more than 30 years, and we're looking for a hygienist to join our team.

• Position: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Location: Metropolis, IL
• Schedule: 32 hours per week, on a consistent schedule
• Compensation: $35–$40 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality patient care. You'll provide cleanings, preventive treatments, and patient education with attention to detail and compassion.

Build lasting patient relationships. You'll help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for at every visit.

Collaborate with an experienced team. You'll work closely with Dr. Shelton, the assistants, and the front office to get great results for patients. Dr. Shelton is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, so you'll also get to see advanced implant care up close.

What We're Looking For

• A current Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Someone dependable and professional
• Strong communication skills

• Someone who enjoys getting to know patients and providing quality care
• Experienced hygienists and new graduates are both welcome to apply
