Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides direct patient care, including social assessments, case management, and brief psychosocial interventions within primary care clinics. They also serve as an internal consultant to providers and maintain effective relationships with community agencies to support patient referrals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and be licensed in the state of Arkansas, with LMSW or LAC preferred. Two years of post-licensure experience in a medical setting is preferred.
