PACE Associate Medical Director (PACE Merced)

Join Golden Valley Health Centers as a PACE Associate Medical Director (PACE Merced) in Merced, California. The PACE Associate Medical Director will promote and model the mission, vision and values of Golden Valley Health Centers. Supports and directly participate in the medical delivery of care and ensures the delivery of quality health care services for the participants in the PACE program.

Key Responsibilities

• Location and Schedule: This position will work at our Central Valley Merced PACE Center, scheduled Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

• Flexibility to work scheduled evening clinic hours, and when appropriate.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of tact and composure in dealing with patients and/or staff.

• Ability to handle confidential information.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $290K - $345K

• Signing bonus offered.

• Full-Time position.
