Nurse Practitioner for Walk-In Clinic

The Nurse Practitioner provides high-quality, patient-centered care as a member of the Center for Family Health's Walk-In Clinic team. Working within an integrated, team-based model, the Nurse Practitioner collaborates with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that supports the physical, behavioral, and social health needs of patients.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the Center for Family Health is committed to improving access to care and advancing the health of the communities we serve. The Physician Assistant is expected to embrace a whole-person approach to care, engage patients in their healthcare journey, and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on quality, compassion, and service excellence.

Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, providing health education, and connecting patients with appropriate resources and services. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to working collaboratively to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our patient population.
