Key Responsibilities

  • Job Summary Ensures patients have coverage for their hospital stay.
  • Obtain complex financial information regarding patients from various sources, notify insurance companies and assist with obtaining insurance authorizations.
  • Secures payment for balances on inpatient and outpatient accounts.

Requirements

  • Preferred High School Diploma or GED
  • Required Experience 2 to 3 years of hospital registration/related field with customer service experience/insurance verification
  • Preferred 1 year related experience
  • Required Licenses and Certifications
