The Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist will provide comprehensive medication management services to ensure patient medication therapy is indicated, safe, effective, and convenient. This involves working directly with patients and collaborating with an interprofessional care team to optimize medication use and improve health outcomes.
Candidates must possess a PharmD or BS Pharm degree and current licensure or eligibility for licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy. Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 ambulatory care residency or comparable experience is highly preferred, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
