Key Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluations and ongoing assessments, including OASIS as required.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for ADLs, ROM, strength, coordination, and adaptive equipment.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
