Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including intake assessments, psychotherapy, and treatment plan development within a multidisciplinary primary care model. They also coordinate care with medical providers, manage patient registries, and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field such as Psychology or Social Work and possess strong clinical assessment skills. Proficiency with electronic medical records and a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card are required.
