Key Responsibilities

The Rehabilitation Counselor designs and facilitates group programs to promote recovery, independent living, and community transition for patients with severe mental illness. They also provide individual treatment, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of professional experience in social work, vocational counseling, or rehabilitation counseling, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver's license is required to transport patients for recreational activities.
