Summary
MyMichigan Health has an exciting opportunity for dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the School Based Care program in Alma Public Schools!
Full-time
3-days in Alma school clinic, 2 days in Breckenridge Family Medicine office
Responsibilities
Alma School Based Clinic
- 8 patients per day average
- Clinic is open year-round for students of the school district
Family Medicine Breckenridge
- Acute visits typical of walk-in clinics
- No patient panel
- No call requirement
Certifications and Licensures
AHA approved BLS Certification
Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
Required Education
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
Experience preferred, new graduates will be considered

Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health credentialing process.

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with a valid State of Michigan license. AHA approved BLS Certification is required, though new graduates are considered.
