Clinical Staff Pharmacist Days and Evening Rotation (10 hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Staff Pharmacists are responsible for providing safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy across various assignments, supporting centralized and decentralized medication use systems. Duties include drug preparation, distribution, order verification, serving as a drug information resource, and monitoring medication regimens per protocol.

Requirements

Candidates must have a BS degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy and hold a Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license in good standing. A Doctorate degree is preferred, and ACLS certification is required within 6 months if needed for attending codes.
