Join Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush as a PRN Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy in the Home - Oak Park Region in United States. The Physical Therapist – Provides outpatient quality physical therapy within the patient’s own home and acts as a liaison for physician practice to meet the therapy needs of patients. The position is best suited for an outgoing and self-motivated therapist.
Key Responsibilities
- One on one in home therapy for post
- operative patients
- Devise and execute detailed treatment plans for post
- The ability to work independently, providing respectful and empathetic patient care at all times.
Requirements
- year experience in outpatient setting preferred. Certificates, License, Registrations
- Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license.
- Current CPR Certification.
- BCLS or ACLS.
