Key Responsibilities

Provides independent, age-appropriate occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in their homes. Coordinates the plan of care, manages cases, and educates patients and caregivers on rehabilitative procedures.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of two years of experience in occupational therapy and a degree from an accredited curriculum. Must hold a valid California Occupational Therapist license, driver's license, and Basic Life Support certification.
