The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with the medical team to provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents. They also work with center leadership to achieve organizational goals and improve patient health outcomes.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with relevant state licensure and DEA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
