SUD Nurse Practitioner - Iowa (Future Hire)

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will conduct health evaluations, diagnose conditions, and create individualized treatment plans for individuals with Substance Use Disorder. They will also manage medications and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to provide integrated, whole-person care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Iowa and a valid DEA license. Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry is required, along with strong documentation skills.
