We're looking for a BCBA to join our Woodbridge, VA team in a hybrid role that combines in-person clinical work with the flexibility of remote work.

- Full-Time Salaried: $90K–$110K+
- Full-Time Hourly: $85–$100/hour
- Part-Time: $85–$100/hour

What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Virginia BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we cover the cost!)
- Ability to provide in-person services within the Woodbridge area
Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide clinical services, including treatment planning, data analysis, and clinical decision-making. They will also support and mentor a team of BT/RBTs while maintaining a low caseload.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field and possess a current BCBA certification. Applicants must also be eligible for or hold a Virginia BCBA license and be able to provide in-person services in Woodbridge.
