Requirements

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred).

• Active Indiana state pharmacist license in good standing or ability to acquire one.

• 1+ years of recent pharmacist experience, (hospital setting preferred).

• Skilled with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $43.22 - $77.21/hour.
