PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER (PMHNP) Urgent Care

Key Responsibilities

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and provide crisis intervention for patients in a behavioral health urgent care setting. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care transitions.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing and an active, unrestricted PMHNP license with board certification. A minimum of 3 years of psychiatric clinical experience is required, with preference given to those with experience in urgent care or crisis response.
