The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician-directed plans of care. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing clinical documentation, coordinating interdisciplinary services, and supervising nursing personnel.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved school of professional nursing and hold a current nursing license. Two years of nursing experience is preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and extensive standing.
