Speak Easy Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our established pediatric outpatient therapy clinic in Oviedo, Florida!
We are a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice providing Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services. We value clinicians who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential while continuing to grow professionally.

Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide engaging therapy addressing speech, language, and communication needs.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other therapy disciplines to support client progress.
- Educate families on therapeutic strategies to encourage carryover at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and insurance requirements.
- Manage an assigned caseload and participate in required team meetings.
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, and other necessary clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Florida SLP license or eligibility for appropriate Florida licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with the pediatric population.
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply!
