Key Responsibilities

The clinician will treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell in a pediatric outpatient setting. They are responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and building strong relationships with families throughout the process.

Requirements

Candidates must be a licensed Occupational Therapist with at least 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience. While a background in pediatrics is preferred, it is not strictly required as comprehensive training is provided.
