Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care, manages treatment plans from evaluation to discharge, and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team. They also serve as a role model for clinical interns and participate in departmental process improvement and educational efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Illinois Physical Therapist license. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
