What You'll Do (Clinical + Leadership Impact)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
- Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
- Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
- Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
- Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
- Support funding source communication as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians. They will also partner with caregivers through parent training and ensure clinical integrity through data-driven program adjustments.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess an active BCBA or BCBA-D certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs is required.
