Job description

  • Salary Range: $27.00Job Category: TherapistJob Purpose: - The Youth & Family Tree provides services to at-risk youth, ages 12-24, who are experiencing substance abuse and/or generational trauma. This program extends individual trauma treatment to parents and caregivers of the child. The MA/MS Licensed Therapist will develop comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments clinically responsive to age-appropriate patient/family needs and concerns commensurate with knowledge in the substance abuse/mental health field.

## Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with other professionals to evaluate consumers’ medical or physical condition and to assess needs. - Provide documentation of clinical and case management services in accordance with department standards. - Participate with the interdisciplinary team in developing and implementing clinical treatment plans for consumers. Key Responsibilities

They are also responsible for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with department standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant human service field and possess a valid Florida license as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting is required.
