Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Midlothian, VA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Manage clinical documentation and maintain a consistent caseload while collaborating with a broader clinical community.
Requirements
Must be an independently licensed clinician in Virginia, such as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD. Requires the ability to maintain a minimum of 25 sessions per week and proficiency with modern clinical technology.
