Key Responsibilities

• The Adoption Social Worker also provides ongoing training, evaluation and monitoring of foster and adoptive parents.

• He or she is responsible for completing all paperwork in accordance with County and agency regulations.

• Essential Functions o Provide case management and coordination of services as required by contract and Title XXII and ILS Version 7 regulations for safety and health.
