Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Respiratory Therapist who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Respiratory Therapist You Will

  • Responsible for independently administering respiratory tests and treatment to patients with respiratory diseases and disorders including cases involving critically ill, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

Qualifications Include

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Graduate of AMA approved respiratory care program
  • Certified or registered Respiratory Care Practitioner preferred
  • Maryland state respiratory care practitioner license required
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Work Schedule

This is a per diem position with a rate of $45/hour

  • Employment Type: Per Diem
  • Hours per Week: up to 12 hrs per week
  • Typical Daily Schedule: 8pm - 8am (Weekday or Weekend Shifts)
  • Shift Type: Night
  • Shift Differential Eligible: Yes
