This position offers weekends off. Work with SAGE GROUP in Everett, Washington.
Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients, including assessment, planning, and evaluation. Develop and implement goal-specific treatment regimes while educating patients and caregivers on their conditions.
Requires 1-2 years of OT experience, including at least one year of recent home health experience and proficiency in HCHB charting. Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, state OT license, and BLS certification.
