Key Responsibilities
- Supporting client care processes from admission through discharge
- Performing physician clerk duties, including scheduling and coordinating medication management appointments
- Managing external communications, including completing prior authorizations
- Providing direct program support and assisting clinical teams as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred TOP 3 MUST HAVES:
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, including treatment standards, models, and theories within a multidisciplinary setting
- Passion for mental health advocacy and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams using evidence
