Key Responsibilities

Supporting client care processes from admission through discharge

Performing physician clerk duties, including scheduling and coordinating medication management appointments

Managing external communications, including completing prior authorizations

Providing direct program support and assisting clinical teams as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

College coursework or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred TOP 3 MUST HAVES:

Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, including treatment standards, models, and theories within a multidisciplinary setting

Passion for mental health advocacy and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams using evidence
