• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Day Treatment Program – Bend, OR
• Starting Pay: $25.79/hour + 100% employer-paid Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Community Physician & Program Specialist to support operations across assigned community-based programs. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality care coordination, administrative support, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and families.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Supporting client care processes from admission through discharge

• Performing physician clerk duties, including scheduling and coordinating medication management appointments

• Managing external communications, including completing prior authorizations

• Providing direct program support and assisting clinical teams as needed

• Attending meetings and completing accurate, timely documentation

• Upholding agency standards of professionalism in all internal and external interactions

• Completing additional administrative and program-related tasks as assigned

About You

You are passionate about mental health and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring a strong foundation in human services and a commitment to supporting youth and families through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• College coursework or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred

Top 3 Must Haves

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, including treatment standards, models, and theories within a multidisciplinary setting

• Passion for mental health advocacy and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams using evidence-based practices

• Ability to navigate complex situations, think critically, and implement innovative interventions, with a commitment to ongoing professional growth

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with at-risk youth
