About the Role

Join Oakland Community Health Network as a Behavioral Health and Justice Liaison Supervisor in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provides direction and clinical supervision to individual employees on the Justice Initiatives team.

Assures adequate orientation for new employees.

Ensure that the staff schedule and configuration will meet the needs and demands of the people served/community partners and adjust it accordingly.

Routinely review job assignments and utilization of staff. Utilizes the Performance Management process.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a mental health field. Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

LLP, LP, LMSW, LPC, LMFT

CAADC, CADC, CCS, CPS, CPC

R, CCDP or development plan preferred. Experience Requirements:

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.
