Key Responsibilities

• Provides direction and clinical supervision to individual employees on the Justice Initiatives team.

• Assures adequate orientation for new employees.

• Ensure that the staff schedule and configuration will meet the needs and demands of the people served/community partners and adjust it accordingly.

• Routinely review job assignments and utilization of staff. Utilizes the Performance Management process.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health field. Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

• LLP, LP, LMSW, LPC, LMFT

• CAADC, CADC, CCS, CPS, CPC

• R, CCDP or development plan preferred. Experience Requirements:

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
